Men's Fashion Watches

What would success count for if you could not flash it around every now and then? There are certain things that most people buy to signify a positive change in their lives, especially if it is professional. Men mostly opt for premier watches. Women can choose from a wider variety of embellishments, such as jewelry and so different types of clothes. When it comes to men, the options available seem woefully limited. The only sphere where they can lavish their hard won money seems to be that of tie pins, watches and cufflinks!

Why Watches?

Most men however, opt for watches instead of investing in something as small and indistinguishable as cufflinks it seems. Firstly, watches are a standard fashion statement- and one can opt for something that suits one’s personality and station in life. If he is understated and classy, he will surely choose something similar. On the other hand, if the man is a party animal, and loves indulging his senses- then his watch will indeed be flashy and colorful. Watches are also not simply decorative objects- they fulfill an important function. All of us have had days when we forgot to wear our watch and yet ended up looking at our wrists time and again!

Which Watch to Buy?

Well simply put, you should look for something that reflects your personality. However, when you have reached a certain station in life, branded wear becomes pretty important. A watch’s brand speaks volumes about its own heritage. Moreover, a trusted company will always have quality products- hence most branded watches have impeccable finishes, battery lives and so on. Most people are particular about the shape of watch they wear- it could vary from being oval to round to square or rectangle.

Also, you must be particular about the kind of occasions you will be wearing the watch to. You cannot wear a sports watch, no matter how trendy, to a sophisticated business party or meeting. And wearing an elegant stone studded watch while going for something as relaxed as fishing makes no sense. Therefore choose your watch carefully- otherwise it could end up spoiling your entire look.

If your budget is a constraint then perhaps you could choose something simple so that you could wear it to any occasion you desire. Once this is taken care of, keep in mind the amount of money you are willing to shell out for that watch. This is indeed very important. Keep an eye out for other alternatives if possible, as long as you do not overstep your budget. While the look of the watch is usually the foremost requirement, one should also get a look at its warranty period and durability.

Finally, if you really want your watch to be a symbol of the luxurious life you lead- there could be nothing better than buying a Swiss watch. Their watches are reliable and a sign of tradition.

Things you should Keep an Eye Out For

Apart from cost, look into the practical aspect of the watch. Make sure it is water resistant and durable. The dial and the band should go well with most of your clothes, if you choose unique colors; you won’t be able to wear the watch with most of your wardrobe.

Color In Men’s Fashion

When given an option to choose a formal shirt for themselves, most men will go for white. The color white is a powerful color for men and sets an impression wherever it’s worn, and can be paired with both formal and casual trousers. A white shirt worn with a bright colored tie creates a different look altogether. Despite white shirts being the most popular choice among men, you need to look at other colors too. The complexion of men plays a pivotal role in choosing the colors that he should wear. For example, if you are fair complexioned, you can experiment with brighter colors as white shirts will make you look pale.

o White colored shirts are a wardrobe basic for every man; but you can experiment with the texture of the shirts to keep it in sync with your complexion. If you want to stick to white, you can go for the Herringbone white shirts or the Twill white shirts that enhances the look of the basic white color.

o Moving away from white, you can also choose from monochromatic, solid colored shirts. These have to be chosen in keeping with the complexion and hair color. The next impressive color that all men should possess is blue. Blue, with its dark, rich hues adds to the look of any business apparel. The different shades of blue can go with the various skin tones, but the best shades would be darker or semi dark ones. Blue looks best on far men who have dark hair, you can go with almost any shades and variations of the color. On the other hand, men with light colored hair look better in lighter shades of blue that compliment their hair color.

o Men with a keen sense of fashion can make a bold fashion statement with colors like pink, red or orange which are essentially feminine colors. These colors look good on fair skinned men. These colors are for the fashion conscious, but they are not so versatile and will probably last you only one season.

o Men who have a bronze or olive complexion, and with brown hair can go with tan colored shirts. Tan shades looks especially good when worn in a layered way; which means you’ll have to pair a tan shirt with a dark brown blazer in order to complete the look. Related colors are yellow and gold which can be worn by men with fair skin and light colored hair. These two colors enhance the fair skin color and can be paired with dark blue blazers. To create a subtler look, yellow shirts can be worn under a gray business suit.

In order of preference, white still reigns men’s wardrobes. Blue is definitely the next favorite, followed by the more opaque colors like green, yellow, pink and tan. We suggest that men’s wardrobes should have the more solid colors like blue or tan apart from the usual white. These are semi formal colors but blend perfectly with the decorum of business lunches and meetings.

Hat Designs & Fashion

Believe it or not, designing a hat takes a bit more work than you may think. In fact, the designing of a hat is a bit like sculpting a three dimensional sculpture, which is a bit different from most types of fashion design. Usually a pre-production sample of a hate is made before it is mass produced, and then this hat can be changed to fit the needs and wishes of designers and manufacturers alike.

There are a variety of things that a designer keeps in mind when they are making a new type of hat. Things that they consider are practicality, the appeal to the buyer, and the cost of the hate as well. While a beautiful hate is great, it will be of no use if the hat is too expensive to make and so uncomfortable that no one wants to wear it. When designing a new hat, the designer must keep in mind the specific audience that they want to market this hat to. Various marketing groups have different style and price preferences that must be considered. Designers that are successful are aware of various groups of people and what kinds of hats will please those groups.

Once the design has been decided, there are a few different steps involved with producing a new hat. The process will be dependent upon its' intended production. Some hats are factory hats, in which there are many different copies of the hat made. Other hats are designer hats, and these hats are made in limited amounts for exclusivity. Then there are model millinery hats, which means that the hat is a one of a kind design that will never be duplicated.

If a designer is creating a model hat, then it provides them with a lot more flexibility to be creative. While factory hats and designer hats must both be made so that they are easy to reproduce, designer hats may be sewn by hand, which gives them a bit more flexibility that factory hats. The reason for this is that those who purchase designer hats are usually willing to put out the extra money it takes to pay people to hand sew these hats. Hats that are factory made must be easy to construct on a machine very quickly. This also means that usually they are not constructed as well or made out of as quality materials as more expensive hats in order to be more affordable to most people.

Most people are more likely to own a hat that was manufactured in a factory rather than the other types of hats. Usually hats are bought for various types of special occasions, such as weddings, or even a baseball game. Usually hats are purchase for they way they look and not the quality of the hat, so this means that those designing the hat must make the hat look good while keeping the price in an affordable range. Designers must also make sure that not too much quality is sacrificed either. Low quality hats may not sell well. All of these things put together make designing hats quite a complex skill, which takes training, attention, and a great deal of hard work.
